All of these pricings are rough estimates and are to be used as a guide, as exact prices for you will depend on what you want for your perfect and unique ceremony!
For all ceremonies I will take half the fee as a deposit when you complete your booking form to secure your date, and the rest of the fee at least two weeks before the date of the ceremony.
Weddings
Both wedding ceremonies and vow renewal prices will depend on how many aspects and planning you want to go into your personalised ceremony! Exact quotes will be given to you depending on what you want, but hopefully this gives you an idea of the rough cost of a ceremony. No matter what price I quote and what level of ceremony you want, you can be sure it will still be crafted with skill and love to ensure it perfectly represents you as a couple.
2024: £550
2025: £620
2026: £700
For every ceremony I will put in the same amount of love and care into making the perfect personalised wedding for you, whether it be short and sweet or longer and with many more aspects such as readings and symbolic elements. I spend time getting to know every couple, learning what you want your ceremony to be and how it can best reflect you, and then writing and taking the ceremony on the day. As such my prices do not vary by length, so as to ensure you get the exact same service no matter your preference for ceremony and you can change your mind throughout the process as to what you might want included!
Namings
Baby naming and adoption/family harmony ceremonies: from £350, this will include whatever you wish to have in your ceremony to welcome your child into the world, your family and your community.
Re-naming/identity ceremonies: fee dependent on personal circumstances, please do get in touch to discuss your wishes for your ceremony with me.
Other services
Master of Ceremony: price will depend on location, and specific quotes, but generally this will be £100 on top of your wedding fee.
Corporate ceremonies: from £350, dependent on what type of ceremony it is and the preparation needed.
Other ceremonies: send me your info or call me for a chat and I'll get a more accurate quote put together for you!
Resources
For all ceremonies I may need to charge for resources - this could be certificates for you to sign on the day, candles to be lit as part of your ceremony, or even a set outfit you wish for me to wear for your ceremony. This will be agreed with you when you book, or if you decide later on you wish for me to organise or prepare further resources then I will discuss with you the added fee that would cost.
Travel/accommodation
I would love to travel around the country and possibly even further afield to be the celebrant for your perfect ceremony, but unfortunately if I am having to travel far or stay over night for your ceremony I will have to charge for the incurred costs of this.
Travel costs will be charged if I am travelling far, but generally I will charge 45p per mile charge outside of the 25 mile radius from my base in Nottingham.
If I need to travel far/stay over night this will incur the accommodation charge for me to stay local to your venue.
